T3: Game of Games - Challenge #3
Good morning T3 participants. Hope everyone had a great new years and everyone made their resolutions in regards to fitness because guess what…it’s time for a fitness test!
For one point, you must complete the T1. It is also known as the Team Regiment Wednesday workout! You can either meet up at Neils neighborhood poolhouse on Wednesday evenings to get the workout done, or you can complete the workout wherever you choose at any day and any time before the due date! All details for the workout are on the next paragraph. You must submit a video of yourself towards the end of the workout doing the divebomber pushups. You also must submit proof that you at least ran the 3.1 miles too. Due date is March 17, 2022 at 11:59 EST for the point to count.
