They will pick one person to be a ruck Sherpa. This person will ruck with bottles of water on them and they will only have to go to the halfway point, in which they will serve as a water station for the rest of the team. The team must run on the powdery sand for six miles at 11:30/mi or less. For every ten seconds they are over the average, the entire team must do a bodybuilder.
