What is the card game, you ask? After every lap is complete, each person in the class draws a card. Each card has its own set of punishment attached to it (ex: draw an ace and do 15 eight count bodybuilders) that can get very old, very fast. Making the card game PT easier will definitely ease up the stress of this event and will make the transition to a new lap much more comfortable.
