In what has to be a record time in editing and posting a video after an event, our Spartan World Championship Orlando viewing party + workout video is up!  Special thanks to everybody who took the time out of their Saturday to endure 4.25 miles of burpees, pushups, indian runs, bear crawls, flutter kicks, navy seal water treading and so much more.
