GORUCK is back!

With us being an official GORUCK ruck club… it sucks not having any ruck events to go to!

Fortunately, GORUCK HQ will be hosting a special Reunion Tough! August 15th is the date, and there will no doubt be plenty of provisions set in place with this whole covid thing still being a thing and all.

Nevertheless, expect our team to be out there! We hope to see you out at this new Tough format event!

Chuggin' along

We’re with you guys. It sucks not having these big endurance events on the calendar this year!

To help alleviate the stir-craziness. we’ve got some plans for a few small meetups later this year including a special T3 and our first White Claw mile! More information on those two things later this month.

For the time being, our team still hosts meetups and continues to post articles and other misc updates. On that note, some new photos and videos have been added to the 2019 Death Race story. We’ve also posted some minor fixes/lessons learned to our Ultra prep guide! As always, our site will NEVER run ads of any kind. Supporting us is optional through use of our affiliate links (instructions on how to help our team for free with ANY purchase you make on Amazon is included in the bottom of that ultra prep guide).

Though many events have been cancelled this year, expect to see our team in attendance of the following events this year, provided they don’t get cancelled:

  • Spartan Death Race (25-29 Aug)

  • White Claw Mile (TBD)

  • T3 (TBD)

  • Georgia Death Race (7 November)

  • Carolina Ultra (21-22 November)

  • Spartan Beast FL (12 December)

BIG CHUNGUS gets the proper send-off!

BIG CHUNGUS, the appropriately named 65lb misery log had served our team well throughout the years. Many people groaned under the overbearing weight of this behemoth of a log, but the Florida weather took its toll on the beast. Bits and pieces gradually fell off as mother nature pummeled the misery log down to a fraction of its former glory… it was time to retire BIG CHUNGUS!

So we set out to give this legend a proper send-off into the retired life!

Our largest log was aptly named BIG CHUNGUS. Over the years this 65lb monstrosity served us well until the wood rotted...

Not gonna lie…we’re pretty stoked at how well the log splashing into the water synced with the music.

Also the fact that we did this on the first take!

A glimpse of our workouts

Good day!

Our team regularly hosts free workout meetups, most of which are in Florida. However, as our team continues to expand we are always keeping our eyes open for more venues to host our workouts at! Today we’d like to highlight the Orlando meetups!

Every Sunday (in the cooler months), we’ve got our lake swim!

And every Wednesday, we’ve got our neighborhood 5k OCR training session. Here’s a small meetup where Jeff annihilates his PR!

See you all at Savage Race!

Look for our tent and come hang out with us! Team Regiment will be setting up a nice little hangout area near the festival area for everybody to come socialize and store your gear. To those who are brave, we will also have some additional weight for those who want to run a lap with an extra challenge! Various weights include tires, logs, team flags and a weighted ruck! See you all out there in Dade City on March 14th and 15th!

Speaking of weighted ruck, there will also be a GORUCK wave, all are welcome!

EDIT: Oof. I guess not :(

Congratulations to the 12 finishers of the T3 Winter Wekiva!

After 13 hours of water PT, 750 burpees, running, rucking, carrying, lifting and mental trials, the candidates of this monumentally challenging event have emerged victorious!

Their individual stories shared at this very unique event inspired us all into an energetic beginning to the new year! We take great pride in making this very small event about the participants, and to bridge every discipline of endurance sports into a stepping-stone event to guide each member to their next greatest endeavor.

To all of those who participated, spectated and encouraged those participants, thank you for helping make this amazing thing real.

Congratulations again to those who put themselves into the arena and gave it their all!

The T3 is upon us!

Our time has come!

This Saturday, keep your eyes glued to the Live Updates page to get photo/text updates of the event as it unfolds! If you go there now, you can see the challenges and other various rules and updates that they’ve been working on for the last four months.

As it stands now, 15 are registered but 13 intend on showing up. It’s gonna be a great event!

Regiment Elite Danielle's Experience at WTM!

Many of our team’s elite made their way out to World’s Toughest Mudder last weekend and absolutely crushed it! Now that they’ve had time to process their amazing experiences, one of our teammates wrote an awesome piece on her experience out there!

We highly recommend you give it a quick read over at her blog, Muddy Warrior Chick!

T3 Updates!

The T3 is starting to pick up! So far, ten participants have thrown themselves into the arena! That means that perks have officially been unlocked!

Three challenges have been posted so far in the Live Updates section, so the team will no doubt have their eyes glued to that page for the next couple months.

Dude, the perks:
