Pictures ranks and reviews, oh my!

Hello again fellow runners!

Today's update includes some more pictures of our past events as well as a sneak preview of the ranking system we're developing.  We also spruced up some of the current areas of content on the site so feel free to look around!  The Regiment will also be at the American Mud Race next Saturday, so look for the tent flying the black and red flag and enjoy yourselves!

T3 Lite date announced

May the 4th be with you as you venture onward into the T3 Lite!  (I know, I'm a Star Wars dork).  Come join us in Orlando for the T3 Lite one week before the regular T3 event and get $5 off your entry to the next T3 of your choice.  Please bring a ruck with at least 10% bodyweight (preferably bricks) and some clothes you don't mind getting wet in.  This event will be broken down into the following laps:

Lap 1 - Water exercise
Lap 2 - Feats of strength
Lap 3 - Feats of intellect

Estimated time to completion is about 4 hours.  Not bad, right?  I will also provide snacks (bananas, clif bars, etc) and drinks in between laps to keep everybody at the top of their game.  Finishers will automatically attain rank 4, the black R with red bars.  Head over to our events section for more information!

Introducing the T3 lite!

By now you're familiar with our recruitment trials, the T3.  Swimming exercises followed by four separately themed laps covering over 16 miles of suckage.  What if you're not ready for that level of insane?  Look no further, for the T3L is here!  What is the Tough Training Trials Lite?

The T3L will consist of a shorter, easier water exercise followed by only two laps of ruck/obstacle running.  The distance covered will be around 6-8 miles and it will take around 4 hours to complete.  Ruck weight will be about half of the T3 requirement and those who complete the T3L will get $5 off the next T3 of their choice as well as an automatic promotion to rank 4 (black R with red stripes).

The first T3L is still being scheduled, so stay tuned for more updates.

Congratulations to our new full-blooded members of the regiment!  We had a very successful T3 in which all of the recruits made it through.  Pictures of the event will be uploaded to the pictures section and the official video will be up sometime this week.
